SMS Terms

Effective July 14, 2026

When you check the consent box and submit a participating restaurant’s Birthday Club form, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from that restaurant concerning enrollment verification, birthday rewards, redemption follow-up, and occasional restaurant specials and events.

Message frequency and charges

Up to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and assistance

Reply STOP to any message to stop future SMS messages from that restaurant’s program. You may receive one final confirmation. Reply START to re-subscribe where supported. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the restaurant whose program you joined.

Birthday information and eligibility

The birthday month and day you provide are self-reported and are not identity or age verification. Birthday rewards remain subject to each restaurant’s eligibility delay, purchase requirements, availability, expiration rules, and program status.

Program changes

You must be the authorized user of the mobile number supplied. Participating restaurants may pause or end their programs. These SMS Terms may be updated; the version presented when consent is collected is recorded.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
