TableTurn Rewards is provided by Value Systems for participating restaurants. A participating restaurant controls its Birthday Club and the customer relationship; Value Systems processes information to operate the service.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as first name, mobile number, birthday month and day, consent choices, reward activity, and communications. We also collect limited operational information needed for security, delivery, auditing, and QR campaign measurement.
How information is used
Information is used to verify enrollment, administer birthday rewards, send requested program messages, prevent fraud and duplicate redemption, support restaurant staff, maintain consent records, and improve service reliability.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with the restaurant whose program you joined and with service providers that perform hosting, email, SMS delivery, security, and support functions. We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS delivery providers receive only the information necessary to deliver and manage messages for the restaurant program.
Your choices
Reply STOP to a program message to stop SMS messages from that sender. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also ask the participating restaurant to correct or delete applicable information, subject to legal, security, and audit-retention requirements.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption, tenant separation, audit records, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. Information is retained only as needed to operate the program, document consent, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
